2 star Corporate culture is always pathetic but this company has proved it!!! Rating it 2 star because salary package is only a good thing on which employee can survive. HR changes on daily basis and so their fake promises. Customer support department is a college where only attendance is compulsory and not what you do. Business process management department is a school so IJP cannot be applied because why would anyone join school after college. Design department here is the department which is always opposite of what company do. Anyways, at the end money matters so I have survived here because of money but I am glad that I left without taking any promotion because obviously increment and promotion hike is a joke here.

Since I joined this company, my experience has been very good. Excellent environment, good and dedicated employees, and good salary. I am very happy with all these things, and I am still working here.

At this place, you get a salary on time without any hassle, and along with that , the company provides many facilities, Which opens the way for savings and gives you and different identity in the future.

...fter 10days( althought it can be my mistake that I expect something from them) . Salary isnt on time and we usually get email on 30th that salary will be delayed. You guys organize mental health seminar but you need to understand that mental health will be extremely good if you start working on time. I am sure now you will be asking few of managers to start giving positive survey to hide this review. I am fine with it until and unless you read and understand what employee faces.

Salary on time, but this company is not for the creative designer. Those who are looking for a creative work.

Trainee wasn't good he always do the partiality with the people, and job security isn't there. If you'll join this company, you always be on pressure.
