...ive. Provide food, accommodation and refreshment to staff out of Delhi region. Company give performance bonus on the work when target get achieve on the sites. All PM,Gm and PC are good in nature.

Less Civil work & No work around delhi NCR, you have to relocate from one location to another in every 3-4 months. They have small site all over the India. Duty timing not fixed. Some time when there is no work. Then it 10 to 5 , and all the time its only coming time at 08am no last time to go. You have to work for 24 hrs to 36 hrs as well when there are pressure at site. Multitasking person they will prefered such as Site Engineer who can work for billing, imprest, labour handling, Vendor bill, client dealing, Civil & horticulture work both,also store purchase on small site.

Some of the higher level managements are very rude. Partiality on the basis of cast and kind of nepotism can be seen.
