Gromor Finance Relationship Manager salaries in Nagpur

I am working in Gromor finance Pvt Ltd from last 18 months . Overall company is good, but there schedule for employees tracking is not good and it comes frustrated ( Only for Pune location). Ticket size is average and file disbursement ratio is 0.2% .

Dislikes

There employee tracking. Actually they all are seen each and every moment of employee, but still they want every two hours screenshot of gromor app and live location. All employees are experienced and no one is sleeping there work still they needed updates. They needed daily login and disbursement plan for two months. This is very irritating. How we can ensure this on which day employee will do login or disburse the file with specific amount while rejection ratio is 80%. This is for Pune location only.
