Systematic work environment. Management is very cooperative .

The train at Koderma Station is always late when it comes to returning from Koderma Station to Howrah/Sealdah Station. That's the only problem I faced during my service period. No as such dislike about the school.

If you are willing to learn, it's the best place to be but it lacks a motivational work culture. As a school having over 20 years of experience, it has not been able to establish core organisational values in the school. As a school it needs to develop, and communicate it's clear vision and goal and specify role of its members in achieving the goal. Secondly, the school doesn't have clearly communicated promotional strategies. It also lacks proper stable leadership and that is one of the reason that school with all best resources has not been able to grow as an organisation. Yes, if you are fresher and dedicated to learn, it's the best place to work.

1. It has no clear communicated vision. 2. It lacks motivating work environment. 3. It lacks proper stable leadership. 4. Role of its core team members are not clearly identified and many a times there situations of role conflict.

Likes

Actually it's a CBSE affiliated boarding school & the culture of institution is follow the norms & guidelines of CBSE so a good working style adopt by the concern.

Dislikes

It's a boarding school affiliated by CBSE but operated by private management so sometimes the management ingnores basic requirements for their employees.
