The thing I don't like is work load, project is given to one or two people may increase work load but still I find it optimistic that the more work load on you, the more you will learn. No need to be afraid of that

I joined gritsa as a fresher and I worked here for a year. In that i year i get exposure to many of the new currently trending technologies. They usually try to work on latest technologies and gives you full liberty to enhance and show your skills. Best company. Unfirtunately i left it after some cercumstances but if ever i get a chance to join them again, i will go there without a second thought.

Dislikes

Behaviour and attitude of some non-technical person. Each one should respect everyone. Some should try to understand that they too are employee there so dont act like a owner. Neither you are paying employees slary, you are just managing it.
