I just want to say one thing about my company the salary range is too much low for our education and nothing to say disliking things about my company

Nice open culture, well organised and well managed group. Good learning opportunities. Overall a good company.

Salary structure consists of GAC gross annual compensation and incentives. Incentive part is somewhat major part of CTC and can differ year to year. So the CTC can not be the same looking on paper. Can increase or decrease based on overall performance.

Job security Allowances were good Employees health and welfare was always put first Organization will give benefit of doubt if you make a mistake I had a great first boss who helped me a lot. Others were not that great.

Dislikes

Salary is lesser in gno by 30℅. Promotion are not rolled out in a fair process. Not once in four years did I have a proper review. It would take 5-10 min. No understanding where I needed to improve, what I did well, etc. People will talk about you and will play the fool with you, insult and make fun of you. There is lot of politics. Even managers will do the same with people who are not in their team.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. If you need future please don't join as a 3 party contract employee.

Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary like and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 2 years. On job training is not given to new joinees.
