No one supports you in terms of Company Policies, Training, New Hiring. Work life balance is not applicable for this company as 3rd and 4th Saturday + Sunday both are unofficially normal working days. Joined 2 months ago and still no one has given me the product/policy knowledge.

Last from 2 years work culture become toxic. No one is prioritise to train the team. In simple words we are driving people without basic knowledge of product and policies.

Unstructured organisation leading to huge responsibilities being given at the individual level leading to good scope of learning.

Senior management is not competent & politics at its worst. The culture is toxic & zero work life balance.
