Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

For you kind information company md mr.sandeep yadav is good main but hr and opration team behavior not good first problem employees in the salary deductions and employees without information- immediately fayar no relieving letter no pf no FNF no issue eny one laeter on duty employee so that I suggest for MD mr. Sandeep yadav please look into this matter
