Lot of exposure with new project if get to work with building it from scratch. 3 times meal with almost negligible monthly charges. Medical coverage of 4 lakhs for entire family.

Dislikes

Extended work hours are normalised any certain projects. No compensation for working late. Developers are expected to work late night if at anypoint code breaks and QA testing is never taken seriously in the first place.

Salary is issued on time every month so that’s the only positive factor. Other is the location. It’s close to Mumbai Pune road

Dislikes

Rampant Nepotism. No professionalism, Management favours family and friends close to family. Cuss words are used in meetings. No fixed vision of where the company wants to go. They keep jumping from one product to next without completing anything

Favourism among employees by managers. Managers expect you to give results, even when it's impossible to achieve that. Managers learn few jargons from internet for particular use case and expect to achieve results using them on every use case. Working after work hours, weekends is normal

People are empathetic and understand your problems and concerns. They respect your personal time and work life balance.

Dislikes

Just because of a small hiccup in the project and they pre-assume things about an individual with out giving the benefit of the doubt. Small office space and very congested. No office life, too boring environment and dull

Very good organisation to work. Good leadership team. Sr. Management team is very good and energetic and gives equal opportunity for experimentation.Equally mgmt expects the results. Overall very good place to work.
