Absolutely no flexibility in terms of shifts and certain policies which don't even morally apply to certain group of people. Poor working environment if you are a UK/US shift worker.

Hr team. Hr not following company rules and policies, they also break company policy and rules. Someday boss will know about Hr team and that day will be last day for Hr team 😂 Me kahi Hr monali S ki harkate bata na du boss ko isliye resign krne bola tha mujhe pressurized krke.

Expects fresher to work as experienced don't help to resolve issue very less payment remove people before probation if they don't see performance which is obvious if ur selected as freshers don't provide experience and relieving letter don't join this company

For dislikes this company has everything which a person can dislike. 1. Bad environment 2. Micro management 3. Hold appraisal of hard working employees 4. No job security 5. Attitude of Tech lead towards their teammates is pathetic.

Dislikes

Big zero for management as they are pathetic. They will hire you as a QA & Support Engineer (30% support) but will end up giving you only support work. Experienced people, please stay away from this company. Cheap level of politics which managers are playing with junior QA engineer and favouritism is there while assigning tasks. If you want a successful career in Testing then don't join Gridlogics Technologies.
