Less compensation, they extract more work (overtime), Founders are not patient enough to listen to you. 6 days working (sometimes Sundays too)

Working here has been an amazing journey. The learning curve has been steep, but that's exactly what makes it so rewarding. Both the founders are incredibly approachable and always push you to aim higher, which has really helped me step out of my comfort zone.
