Likes

Working here has been an amazing journey. The learning curve has been steep, but that's exactly what makes it so rewarding. I've picked up skills I never thought I'd master and have grown a lot professionally. Both the founders are incredibly approachable and always push you to aim higher, which has really helped me step out of my comfort zone. The exposure I've gained is incredible; I've had the chance to work on diverse projects and take on diverse responsibilities. While there's room for improvement in work-life balance, the growth opportunities and positive environment make it all worth it.

For those who like to work in a fast paced environment, it is really good. You can learn a lot in a short period of time. Your work gets recognised during promotions.

Dislikes

It is 6 days/week working, so you don't have much time left for yourself. There are only a handful of festivals in the holiday calendar.
