Working here has been an amazing journey. The learning curve has been steep, but that's exactly what makes it so rewarding. I've picked up skills I never thought I'd master and have grown a lot professionally. Both the founders are incredibly approachable and always push you to aim higher, which has really helped me step out of my comfort zone. The exposure I've gained is incredible; I've had the chance to work on diverse projects and take on diverse responsibilities. While there's room for improvement in work-life balance, the growth opportunities and positive environment make it all worth it.

The team is very cooperative. Great work-life balance as the company has flexible working hours. Based on performance, financial growth is provided. Comp - off is provided, if the employee is working on Sunday or designated holiday.
