Good folks, pay well, think about the employees, work life balance isn’t bad. 12-13 hours only those people work who kill time here and there. The management is super cool and approachable all the time.

...just BTech-pass. There are no boundaries between personal and professional life. Pay is like peanuts.

They pay their empolyees well. Some people are good to work with.

Dislikes

There is no proper training and TLs are very biased and ofcourse there is favouratism here too. Appraisal will be given only if you are TL's favorite. Also, groups make fun of and talk nonsense about some people in the office. I have seen people left alone and due to that they have even left jobs here. Its not very good environment for people who dont talk much.

You will not gain any new skills. You will be stressed all the time.

Dislikes

The salary is too low, no work life balance, the colleagues are not great to work with, company policies are worst, you don't get leave approvals.
