...flag) same day night I ask with HR what kind of round this? It is client round? She denied- no it HR discussion- she will discuss about company rule and policy and salary structure. When i get interview for last 4th round - it was also fully interview round with US HR department/ clients- she was interviewing. There is no discussion about anything policy structure and salary. Poor management , no value of Times. not active and accurate communication. I already read about the comments about the company. Why they rate so bad. All management just fooling you- name of the interview. Wasting candidates time. My 3 round was around 12:30 pm afternoon. Office location was unsafe for female workers. When i was returning from office at 1 pm , crossing the road over bridge i get followed by a drug addicted man. I was scared. I speed up my walking , i was alone on the bridge. There are public transportation issues. Office location is too odd.

Fast paced environment with opportunities of personal and professional growth. One needs to be very agile and adaptable as you cannot enjoy learning opportunities if not comfortable with uncertainity and ready to commit yourself to navigate through unstructured processes. Strong HR policies and support from HR/admin/IT.

Poor Communication across management. Poor Decision Making. Job insecurity. Hire and Fire Culture leading to negativity on the floor and insecured colleagues. Discuss your role's criticality and vision in detail before taking up the offer.Do not get misled by fancy growth path indicated by line manager. Do not fall for the big customer names they mention. Propose meeting the functional head and skip levels to understand alignment. Encouraging Work life balance through wellness benefits is a scam in certain departments as you would not get any time and are expected to be available 24*7. Colleagues are overburdened and unhappy so you cannot expect warm and welcoming culture except from HR team till you are onboarded. Cold and Ruthless leadership.

Worst company culture . Arrogant managers . No resources for new joiners to learn. They will fire you for any reason. They need factory workers not the skilled employees. Team have no idea which directions they are going. Weightage given to tenured employees.
