there only motive is to earn profit, cheat students and teachers as well.for them teachers are servant.like nothing over there.

... to work under unhygienic conditions like rats in kitchen ,washroom, class room.Got no incentives, bonus, coordinator behaves rudely. In there off season they fire the teachers without prior notice it happen with me too, i got no experience certificate, and also change uniforms of teacher ever 6 months.No appreciation from anyone.Even don't listen to the problems of staff they face during teaching sessions. Good luck to those who r working over there.

Colleagues and team work is superb.I learnt a lot and was feeling good and going gud. I am post postive attitude girl who loves to do work effectively within time and always try to find more innovative ideas to explore the business. I was a non ielts candidate but while being the interviewer there I scored good rating from all d students.

Dislikes

There was no platform to grow high and they don't evn keep their words. Head office may deal someone in effective manner but d branch coordinator hates the team spirit of employees as she always tries to break the unity nd ask to perferror money instead of self respect. The workingr hours were too long i.e 8.30a.m tI'll 6:00p.m. The coordinator over there doesn't value the team unity and if a person is on leave due to emergency that person has to quit the job moreover the security nd last salary including salary of initial 15 days is also not forefeited.

Did not like it much. As it is just concerned about ther company growth and benefit. Not at all worried about employees.

Its not for people who want ther career as well as financial growth. Just a time pass

It will make your life stressful and non social. As working hours are too long and you can't even breathe freely due to 360 surveillance at the work place.

Irrational behaviour of Management in hiring and sacking employees
