Nothing to like exceptine thing that is you'll get fixed salary unlike other consultancies which work on incentives basis.

The work culture. No training. The seniors are rude. Favoritism. You'll need to work extra hours and salary is not worth the extra hours.

Nothing, expect if you meet good colleagues.

Dislikes

The company culture is very bad. The CEO's trick you into their sweet talks to get you in the company just to realise later that is a scam. They will make you work like robots with no respect. Expect you to start showing results from day 2 itself. Salaries are never on time. The language used for you and the humiliation you face is not acceptable.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
