There was no support, they insist to come and work . Even on lockdown some of the employees was working from factory.There no support and even didn't provide yo work from home.

Dislikes

no work cultures, all poltics, there is no management, only back bitters can survive in this company.

They hire in summer, they fire in winter, the Indian director is a heatler, their is no hr policy, only pf, no any other facility, although it is an MNC, but no MNC culture, immediate fire without any reason, jail like situation inside plant, everybody always in fear of losing job

Dislikes

Indian MD is like a heatler, no job security, they hire in summer, they fire in winter, 10 hrs duty, 6 days
