...looks like fish market. Trainer Rita she thinks she is allrounder. Loss of time. Never pay you full salary every month some deduction.. worest company, worest management.

...cy and each and everything is terrible in this organization. No professionalism. Will only deduct salary of employees. No respect for employees . Will not pay salary and will put on hold for silly reasons. Will give and post fake things about employee. Also will tell their employees to give good ratings and reviews about their organization.

...It's good for the freshers to get 1-2 years experience and switch to better job. I'm my experience salary what they offer is not at all as per market standards.. It's just below avarage.. They may take 1 years employment bond..just complete the agreed bond period take experience letter and find the best job in the market. Their will be salary deduction for everything 6 days working.. late punch more than 5 days deduction.. If you do not complete 8 hour log in deduction.. But one thing if you are serious about the job and you do your work well you need not worry about these deductions. Just log in and logout ontime and do your work properly. You may feel during your tenure that you got an extraordinary knowledge in Tally Prime. But remember for a finance and accounts domain only Tally Prime knowlege is not enough.. Even though a companies had procured and use tally Prime they use it only for book keeping purpose the return like GSTR 1 & 3B , Payroll and TDS etc they will use other software like keka, Greythr, Zoho payroll for payroll purpose Winman, saral TDS, etc for TDS return etc.. Don't forget to learn these software during your freetime to enhance your knowledge. You get extraordinary knowledge in in Tally Prime it's true in greet Technologies But you will miss the experience like how to file EPF & ESI PT return. How to do month end closure activities. How to prepare balance sheet shedule like depreciation, Accrued expenses , prepaid expense, deferred tax etc.. Hence do not fall under dream that you will stay in greet Technologies for 5+ year if you do so .. You may fall under trap of settle down in greet with hardly 40 to 45 K But it's not at all enough to lead healthy lifestyle in Bangalore. If you plan to work for more than 1 year in greet Technologies don't forget to spend your EL balance evey month 1 to 2 days because at the time of leaving the organization before notice period 1-2 month of your leave balance is say 20 days you cannot take long leaves team lead will not allow and also leave encashment not available. What I like 1. Flexible shift - 10-30 shift or 11.30 shift or 12-30 shift 2. Good basis knowledge in Tally, GST, TDS 3.45 days job training

1. Even though we have 20+ days paid leave we cannot fully utilise it no leave encashment. 2. Deduction for each and every thing 3. 6 days working instead of 5 days a week 4. CTC structure. Gratuity and employer pf contribution also included in CTC
