Nothing to say about this company..i have worked about 8years and my colleague also all r getting same salary around 8years.. only managers r getting increment yearly basis

Managers r doing politics in company...who r all having one year experience they're managers

Dislikes

1). No PF for more than 35000 salaried people 2). No bonus for staff catagiri also variable pay not available 3). Salary credit on 10th of every month if 10 is leave salary credit on 11th 4). Vendor payment pending not following government norms

Nice team and good atmosphere to work. Monthly training schedules and daily interaction from managers overall a good company.

Dislikes

The one and only disappointment is no bonus available and increment percentage is too low that to yearly.

...re operators from 8years...monthly one operator will be trained by supervisor.. Supervisors salary will be getting 15k from 8years...no bonus no increment no safety.... Only ladies will be getting increment all politics... No insurance for operators and supervisors... From 2years PF not yet paid...
