Favouritism at its core Maddening Politics Zero Skill Development Empathy missing from Top Management Looks are what they look at 1st 3-4 old Female employees are in the organisation who are taking all perks, without knowledge, they are just getting paid for their Loyalty. They are the dumbest and show a lack of confidence. being a 15-year-old company, only 15 employees are there, in which almost 5-6 are old employees. You all are good at understanding the culture, they are not able to grow to organisation. The sad part is there top management, as they are the creator of this culture and they are least affected and bothered why the people are leaving

Apart from work the Director and the pedigrees likes to bully the staffs. The organisation has its own set of world unaware of the fact and the truth. They portray as big as a MNC but unfortunately when you know the real side of them they are into monkey business. Honestly they pretend to be a superhero but in real they act like retard monkeys and will ensure you too act like one of them. A circus to be very precise no matter you screw your happiness for it or your career whichever is most important for survival.

Dislikes

If you work here you have to idolise and worship them because you need to grateful for the pay checks, your hard work will never matter, there is one bloke in the organisation who shares work experience to people quite often but the irony is that bloke was an absconder. Everyone finding peace leaving the organisation are meant to be traitors, incapable as per them they will make you feel like they are elder than god by a year or so.

There is nothing to like about that place as they are money minded people where they don't even think once before exploiting the employees and the favourite employees are always enjoying like they get WFH whenever they want for other employees if they are sick as well they have to come to office sad life.

Dislikes

False commitments they will commit you so many things and once you join if they feel you will get them money they try to keep you and otherwise they will throw you out just saying your performance is nice but this week you were sick and you didn't worked so we can't see your dedication 😏.

Best Place to learn slavery, you can work here for 7-8 yrs and still you will be doing only recruitment, super micro managing, there is no difference between Greentree and local grocery store.

Dislikes

Its easy to reach higher management but its use less, because its all their plan, they are the master mind. they are more like Kaleen Bhaiyya from Mirzapur, they will say we are family n all but in the end you the Maqbool in the organization.

Best Place to work and start you career. They focus on employee's growth and career upliftment a lot. You will get to learn the tips and tricks of Recruitment/ Headhunting. The seniors are well experienced and the most humble bosses one can get.
