Company culture in initial period was good, and homely atmosphere only.

Dislikes

Company's Management were not skilled management. Salary are very poor. Job security also very poor. Company work were not good and somehow are manageable.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
