Minimum salary hikes if you do normal work and only for those employees who are in important posts related to company business. Others don't expect. 5. Less qualified and unprofessional management 6. Best place to work if you are not good enough to get a job in a good company 7. If you are a young female person it's easy to get a job here. Attractive or mid age girls with biiiiiiiiig personalities are preffered over anyone here. 8. If you want to marry and want a family life this job is not for you. If you want to die single this is the best place for you to work

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
