Training program for new employees is not good, Senior doesn't teach about the market & sales skills, ( I'm talking about field training not product training.)

POLICIES ARE CLEAR, SALARY COMES ON TIME, BRAND EQUITY IS GOOD IN TRADE, MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CEO IS CLEAR ON WHERE HE WANTS TO GO.

...QUENTY...NOT CLEAR WHERE HE WANTS TO TAKE THE COMPANY....TOO MUCH INTERFERING...LOW SALARY HIKES TO PEOPLE. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE

Nothing I like in this organisation except on time salary. Worst working culture I have never seen in my professional experience. Too much politics. Unprofessional skilled people working in every department in upper level management.

Lala Company. All share holder are in One family. They don’t recognise Performer. Commercial Department has most politics. You will mentally ILL if you join this company. Don’t spoil your carrier for this company

It's culture.its actually babu culture is. & 2nd is sales GM Ashutosh kr Singh. He is a very pathetic person.without any reason he ll poke you. Will do baseless complain against you.he ll force to report him daily.you have to seat always in the office.you ll not allow to go to the market.He ll disturb you from various way.basicaly he is a physio person.
