Lala Company. All share holder are in One family. They don’t recognise Performer. Commercial Department has most politics. You will mentally ILL if you join this company. Don’t spoil your carrier for this company

Senior management is totally blind. They hire non trade candidates with higher package but treating them as a slave. They do not provide any product training to upgrade your knowledge. Manager is always abusing employees without giving any proper solution. They hire candidates only for 6 months. Seniors always busy in buttering a perticular distributer. After all this highererchy never took any step or ask the managers why all candidates are leaving the company specially in East Zone. Pathetic experience 👎

...ether the employee is learning or not. And nobody cares when employee resigns Salary on time, Work life balance good Expenses comes on time.

Training program for new employees is not good, Senior doesn't teach about the market & sales skills, ( I'm talking about field training not product training.)

Very poor work culture. No job security at all. Company can ask new joinee too to leave from immediate effect due to some restructure within organisation. They least bothered about the career aspect of the candidate.
