1. Worst work Culture and insane Office Politics (Top Management and Managers) 2. Lala Company 3. Employee KRA is not defined 4. New Employees has to sign a bond for 2 years or 2+ years at a hefty penalty if broken but was never submitted/ notarized from any court. 5. Mechanical engineer has to do Civil work and Civil engineer has to do Mechanical work which is even destroying there career and growth. Disclaimer: Never join this company
