Team mates good, but senior management and reporting manager unskilled, they don't know agri and finance. Job security is "0" hiring and firing, if result not come within week they start abusing you, senior not work on your feedback and market report they just blame you for anything, transfer one to other place week by week, no proper training some time VP/State head don't know about policies, changing policies within a week, 100% travelling job, Innovation in snooping of employees, you can learn to market but don't expect from your organization, they totally unaware about market and adopting other state policies in all India Agriculture.

The flexible working hours and the managers are not managers but friends. Understand the situation which you have and get along to resolve it. No mental pressure at work

The salary hike is not the best part

Company gives freehand to work. Culture is very good. Its my awesome experience in company.

Dislikes

Company working in agri sector so it wants to be make customer eligibility criteria smooth. Ground FOS will handle overall territory very carefully. Technical team is very poor for support.

The Hr Manager is not good and having soo much of attitude dont know how to be with employes also and having always to talk about there personal life very much and dont have minimum commonsense how to interact with employees

I am looking forward for a place of work where they value creative thinking and where managers are receptive to the feedback from their subordinates
