With my experience there's is nothing basic facilities for employees as well as their customers

Management was filed Salary issue Work culture was disappointed Nepotism is in High level No employee motivation culture

Average working organisation, On-time Salary, Travelling services provide good.

Poor Management, All are Old adge and Too much political guys, No one any senior management members doesn't knows, what's going on ground, nighter they want to know... No one cares about the Passengers ( Customers) Every senior management guy is involved with mal practices. Upper management is Busy with...his own social advertisement...on LinkedIn.... etc Only making show off... But reallity is the different.. If any scenario happen ...they are putting all blaims on low cap employes head and terminate them immediately and making safe ourselves... Duty In-time is mandatory but there is no out time ...! Good Appraisals and promotions happen only Chhatu....employees...who doesn't know how run the show....or how the run industry... but they are onbarded through seniors management refferals...

No I don't like to work in greencell it a micro management on employees

Greencell is not great place to work, it's worst place to work, We can't take the leave There is no washroom There is no seats to work No vision and mission 0 job security No Saturday holiday 6 days working for 9 hrs is very hard

Worked with the company who manages there vehicles maintenance but being connected to green cell they just not having the culture or not knowing the rights of an employee. Back to back they terminates the employees with no reasons on an instant basis without giving them atleast there time to find a new job....!! I must say a proper govt organisations needs to take the specific actions agains them

Insecure job
