As a fresher I learn how to survive in work place

...hey don't gave any training for freshers. They didn't treat fresher as a worker. They didn't gave salary as they said. Overall very worst experience.

I particularly enjoyed working in a team environment and learnt a lot collaborating team'members, Moreover i feel like home when I work along with people of Green Start.

So far i don't feel like anything dislikes at Green Start.

As a fresher it was a wounderful opportunity to start my career. I have learnt so much ....lot of independence to work with free hand.They train us to take accountability of our work , no pressure or late hour working.Yes,company has basic employer norms of number of working hours but very supportive if geniune permissions , employee friendly growing company .

Dislikes

I think they should take more clients and become very aggrasive to expand.
