There is 0 job security in this organization. The management is f**** up. If you dont ally or talk good to management, they will terminate you by giving XYZ reasons. The company is totally dependable on other platform. So if your account got flagged by any means and you are getting EQ, you are going to get fired very soon. Dont't rely on this job.

Nothing to be liked. Absolute dog shit toxic environment. No prior information about urgent requirements and forced to work on multiple weekends.

1.The hr is personally texting and forcing employees to give good reviews on this platforms and asking to share ss. Do not trust any 5 star ratings at all. 2.Too much office politics. Already complaint about office culture and a senior employee behaviour to management but no action was taken. 3. Unnecessary firing. No job certainity. 4. The founder and senior management acts gloomy but is all fake. 5. Do not trust any thing about this company on the internet. I again repeat do not apply.

Worst company ever to work with. - Talking about work culture, Almost every single hired person is from same college. They form group and isolate the other which leads to depression. - Senior management is not at all supportive. They don't care about your mental health. - Promotion is solely based on favoritism. - No job security, nothing to learn here. - They make TLs and PEs who only cares about their promotion and their job security. Not at all trustable. - Make you work on almost every weekends. - HRs just make decision and does not ask for an explanation or listens to your reasons.

System admin is just a name in IT but he has no work, he only has to check internet speed, there is no networking, no physical server, system admin does nothing, skills are lost and the behavior of staff is also not good, after hiring in IT he only has to do the work of HR admin.

1. No job security. 2. Treated like you are in school; you have to tell the group what you are doing every second. 3. Team leads are not experienced. 4. Team leads and quality leads do not even know how to communicate properly and may use threats regarding job security when talking to juniors. 5. No hierarchy.
