High salary will be given compared to other institutions of Tamil Nadu, considerable increments will be given and best increments will be given to who praise the chairman.

Dislikes

NEET faculties treated as labour by chairman except who praise the chairman. No public holidays except Sundays and sometimes Sunday also half working days. Board faculties consider us high salaried labour and would not give respect . Who praise the chairman will get good increments , others will not get good increments even they have good subject and experience. Without prior notice faculties terminated if they get once negative feedback from very few students even they have more experience in the same institution. For student falicitation functions , NEET faculties are not being invited even they played major role inorder to achieve RANKs , because Chairman sir not likes the interaction between staff and students.
