Horrible experience people will gather from this company. Here the worthless non functional people are praised and got huge increament, commission, accomodation everything and the other employees who are exactly working day night with loyalties dignity they are being ill treated by the management. And don't expect from the Admin - The HR is biggest lier, he'll commit that PF will be applicable while you'll be joining but after joining you'll get to know that it was Day dream. Worst office politics have ever seen, actually family politics exists here coz most of the employees belongs to BHAIYA biradri

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
