Green Mirror Environment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. basically working for the betterment of environment and trying to reduce the problems humans are facing like global warming, water evaporation, soil erosion, water and air pollution. To fight with these issues their main focus on Tree Plantations, Water recycle plants, solid waste management and renewable energy. All are eco-friendly and green products. I have got good support from experienced team of environment lover engineers. The company has good government supply base. I have to keep travelling to various parts of India. I am fortunate to visit Japan to observe solid waste management and Water recycle plants. The Company is so versatile and diversified business so that many aspects and many subject you can learn. Its an institute of learning, loving and caring environment. I got ample support, freedom, learning, love and respect from their Chairman Mr. Suresh Badgujar and Vice Chairman Mr. Jitendra Badgujar. I have lead managed team of 6 Sr. Presidents as CEO, 12 Sr. Vice Presidents, 3 Chief Financial Officers were reporting directly to me. 16 Zonal Head Managers, 32 Regional Head Managers were reporting to them.

Dislikes

Starting time morning at 8:30 am but no closing time. I have to take care of 3 units. No personal life, No family life. Extensive travelling and government managing job. Very less chances of promotion and growth after working 16 to 20 hours.
