The company culture is good. Hike in salary is not a issues for the good employees. Overall the company is fun just like the CEO :p

Depending on which team you are and your managers, it's a good place for freshers to learn multiple aspects of the job. There are a good number of brands and there is ample amount of things you can do to learn.

While a learner will have a good one year experience, the company has little to offer as you grow in the culture. The toxic senior group creates a culture to make juniors feel extremely pressurized and inadequate in their job. They have a system to make potential strong employees feel weak, unless you become a part of the "circle". They will invite you to parties and everything and if you have jolly personality, will try to take advantage. There's a lot of politics, and if someone doesn't want to participate, they don't really get an advantage. They have no issues in firing talented individuals who have worked hard simply because they do not want to spend the money- they will try to suck all your life out of you. The worst part, they will continue new freshers and churn then into employees who are ready to be victims. Would not encourage anyone to apply here. There are plenty of agencies and brands to work and learn from. Better still, start your own brand - because even in this agency, you will be made to do it "all on your own"

Greenhonchos is a good place to work as all the employees are great and the work environment is good.

All the developers are underpaid. And they do not revert on mail easily when you want appraisal or any salary increment or when you are on notice period.
