...receive my variables and leave encashment even after 1.5 years of leaving them). Salaries aren't paid on time. There is unnecessary work pressure and people are judged on the basis of how much time they spend in office. Hierarchy is non existent.

Company top management do not value the work of employees. Employees have to work beyond 2-3 hrs of their regular timings. Salaries always get delayed. Legal documents like EPF, INSURANCE, and others are not maintain properly and employees wrong details are added in many cases, there is no proper KRA whatever written in Joining letter totally gets differ. They transfer employees to their sister concern companies. They have terminated many employees without any notice, and force fully taken there resignation.

The worst & Terrible company ever where none of employees stay stable or for longer duration.. There are even records of a week where workers used to run from mental touture.
