The company's leadership and management team are quite good. Additionally, the company makes payments on time and provides incentives based on client performance, which are also quite good.

Dislikes

I didn't notice many such issues within the company, but there's one thing that I personally feel the company should think about. It's the electronic items that sometimes get damaged on their own for no apparent reason, without any negligence from the client. Yet, the company deducts the cost of those items. I find this a bit unpleasant. For instance, I would like to mention that when I was working in a BPO, the headphones would sometimes stop working on their own, and the customer's voice wouldn't come through. The cost of such headphones was deducted from our payment. Apart from this, everything else was better.

It was a desk job and I have learn pretty much good things that I'll help me in future.
