Worst management, no support for new employees, few 2-3 people are running all management to much politics from the management itself. Company's owner is involved in all small small things even in a very small error. Most important thing there is no job security. Even without your fault you might asked to leave any time. Only Charan Dawar and Few his followers have control on everything who are good for nothing l. And Chetan Dawar is an example of bad management.

No proper management, no fullfillment of any comments, even that do not follow the labour law directions regarding bonus and other salary benefits. No Insurance from the company or medical benefits. Overall it's kind of lala shop.

Manager doesn't know how to write, speak,express himself,going on with whims and fancies of upper management.doesnt deserve to be one. Overall company is not good to work as upper management doesn't have value of experience,good employees they can dump you any time if they don't like you,they are Happy to promote deserving employees .you are a good fit if don't work and just butter

Friendly environment and bosses are easily approachable. The flexibility of working from home or at the office.

The setup of the office, is cluttered, sometimes making it difficult to work from the office.
