...anagement changes. It is 150 years old company but still is counted in 'others'. Company deducted 10% salary from July 2020 for all employees and laid off 20 senior level General Managers without any proper compensation. Company lacks any culture as the management is temporary.

The company lacks direction since the senior management changes every 3 years hence no culture can be created. All short term plans are made without any execution process.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's more of a trading company than engineering company, no proud or joy for products you sell. No transparency from management- no townhall meetings, there was one organized in 3 years where no questions were taken Company is stagnant / in loss, so no / meagre incentives or increments If you're stuck with a bad manager, be sure to be bullied, Even if your manager does your appraisal without discussing with you, HR will not be able to do much. No attention to processes, no direction from leadership. Needless to say, attrition is very high.

...td. Teammates are not supportive and the Regional management is not transparent. they don't give good salary hike and bonus in the lower level.

There is a lot of politics in Regional Management.Salary is not decent and career growth is nothing in the lower level.

Was a great experience in all aspects working with Greaves… was like a family and taught one to be a good human being and a seasoned professional at the same time .

Salary was lesser compared to companies with similar fields.
