No transparency from management- no townhall meetings, there was one organized in 3 years where no questions were taken
Company is stagnant / in loss, so no / meagre incentives or increments
If you're stuck with a bad manager, be sure to be bullied, Even if your manager does your appraisal without discussing with you, HR will not be able to do much.
No attention to processes, no direction from leadership.
Needless to say, attrition is very high.
Was a great experience in all aspects working with Greaves… was like a family and taught one to be a good human being and a seasoned professional at the same time .
