Overall experience was terrible. No work life balance. Manager's are forcing to work on weekends. No such technical knowledge only gain tools knowledge. Nothing left for experience guy's.

From last three years no hikes for employees. But company recruiting new employees by offering market standard salary. If existing employee ask about hike every year company say we are waiting for approval after two or three months companies simply sending mail due to COVID this year company not able to give hike.

The managers are trying to remove juniors from the project so they can get hike and higher freshers for lower salary very bad politics . Mbd team is fully dependent on juniors for overall activities seniors seat and relax dont bother about health of their colleagues treat mearly like a slave . So join at your own risk.

Salary compensation benifits . There is no proper trainer or initiative from manager to increase the technical skill it is worst then service company.

No hikes for 2+ years and don't bother about employee benefits, Management is not able to consider 50 employees benefits and Work pressure is a lot for frequent releases weekly and no job security in current CoVid situation not much preferrable to join here.

Nothing to like on this organization. Too much politics.No pros at all.

Dislikes

The management and project leaders are not at all good ..too much micro management. No technical work only most of the work is done from excel and word only. No tool licence.no chance to grow the skills.
