This place was great a few years ago, amazing opportunities for everyone to learn and grow. Not true now.

So much favouritism Not compensated according to industry standards, especially the fixed salary working silos there is very little collaboration

We get enough opportunities here to grow and learn and try out new stuff. No bureaucracy. I hardly believe there will be any company as transparent then this.

as the culture here is kinda startup, we have a lot of workload here. And pay is too low

The worst place to work. Bunch of thankless people doing nothing but exploiting employees and internal politics. Nobody appreciates your achievements or efforts, but one mistake and everyone will make your life hell.

Pathetic management,horrible bosses. This place is the shining example of what's not a great place to work. They're rude, arrogant and will ruin your confidence for sure
