THE STUDENTS WHOM I HAD TAUGHT WERE MOSTLY FROM A DECENT BACKGROUND. So there was a sense of respect in them as I continuously proved my competence with them. In turn, these students rated me as high.

Despite superior feedback from the students, I didn't get my due. As such I always got a lesser salary than my counterparts as I was the lone non-Mariner. I am a Naval Architect from IIT Kharagpur.

... management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Initially sign off was bit issue but currently its excellent.u get sign off before time Company has standardized in all spheres..

The company is open to innovation and it treats all its employees equally. Work environment is so good and hygiene is 100% taken care of. Seniors are veery helpful and their guidance helps me to become a good professional. All the employees are always open to help others and are very friendly
