The company is open to innovation and it treats all its employees equally. Work environment is so good and hygiene is 100% taken care of. Seniors are veery helpful and their guidance helps me to become a good professional. All the employees are always open to help others and are very friendly

I have been working in the area of secretarial which is the core area of my profession also I assit my seniors in preparing various legal documents like preparation of minutes etc. Filing of forms with MCA etc. A lot more to go for the next 6 months...

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
