1. Increment happens once in a THREE Year 2. One Man Company (MD&CEO): He shouts like anything and does not listen any thing, only one way communication and Shouts not on juniors, he shouts on HODs, he Doesn't like to talk with Juniors, except HODs all are Juniors for him. 3. Whatever work or material requirement at MD&CEO house that have to take care by commercial even Printer Cartridges. 4. Wheather Rs. 10 value item, for that also Approval required then Pr, PO. 5. No one can take any decision in whole company.
