Office politics in abundance, to grow you need to be a servant of your manager. A handful of folks are allowed to work from home and others have to come daily and its not on the basis of performance but on the basis of your relationship with your manager (not professional but personal).

1. Hiring of wrong people at certain upper levels like CPO 2. Payscale gap 3. Sometimes promotions are done just to keep the employee from leaving

1. Managers and department head - They indulge in politics, micromanagement and gossiping 2. Timesheet 3. 8 hrs strict timings - No flexiblity 4. work culture is worst

horrible atmosphere, horrible HR policies. they take salary and bonuses if you resign. Miser company run by family

They take away salary and bonuses. harsh HR policies. they recover certification and onsite expenses if you quit

I didn’t like anything they work on only one stack that is wordpress I have worked for almost 5 months.

In the last month in the Grazitti they had not given my salary for 20 days I deliver the project on time but due to some reason I have to leave the company they neither had given my salary nor my experience. I really hate there HR department which is diplomatic and always thinks for office politics
