It's small organization. And small team too. Few people are really helpful and as per job security I am saying no because now they are reducing people. But overall it's good organization for start ur career.

Recommend no to work in gravotech specially in South India part.

Dislikes

People will be fired over night, no job security, no support during covid19, people take decision says it's French management decision,no MNC policy , in a year 3 - 5 would leave in gravotech south zone .
