Nothing is here to like.

Dislikes

Work Environment is very toxic. Micromanagement, unpaid overtime. Nothing is documented here even they are not giving salary slip. They deduct salary unnecessary. They are not giving incentives. When you decide to leave their company they will start to blame. I never recommend to join this company to anyone.

They don't provide salary on time. They firstly asked me to resign and promised to give my full salary but I still haven't got my salary and nobody replies to my texts, mails or calls. Totally fraud company. Don't go there and waste your time and career.

The best about this company is manipulating in a proffesional manner. However at some extend there are few people in the management who can help you and discuss things depending upon their emotional instability.

Dislikes

After giving my 150% to this start-up my acceptance to resignation is still pending after a lot follow-ups. I never believed the reviews given by people was so deep truth.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
