...ng months , Good things- wonderful staff or team . Worst - MD is fickle minded .greedy and doesn't pay you salary for his mistake. Meeting goes on till 11pm.without any conclusions.one sided and likes yes boss people. Personally MD is good, has Elon musk vision😂 but delivery is like Jugad type even cheating architect for thier dwg and payment. I advise not to work thier even for my enemy. If you don't believe try Gravity Homes once please.

I worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Gravity Homes for two years and it was a great experience. My Boss was Excellent and I also had the opportunity to work with great managers Like Mr. Vinod, Mr. Raghavan, Mr Pradeep and Mr Anil. They were all very helpful and supportive, even though they were from different departments their help made it easieer for me to achieve my goals and do good work. Working with them was inspiring and made my job enoyable. Gravity Homes is focused on getting good results, but it also creates a supportive and stree-free work culture. The company values commitment, quality and countinous learning, making it a great place to build a career. My time at Gravity Homes was so positive that I would happily go back to work there without thinking twice. No corporate culture,no job security, no ethics towards customer.

Ethics is Missing in each step towards customer service. Lack of engineering values and procedures is leading to conflicts. Please correct yourself before you ruin yourself.
