Work life balance is good for employees.

Salary issued date was never fixed.they distribute according to company benifts. appraisals are the jokes, managment, HOD was not worried about their team. They hold incentives for the whole year and they take the financial benifts from employees funds.Company waits for the employees separation to take their incentives benfits for personal use. HR policies has been amended according to the need of the company's. MD was also not concerned about employees benefits. Zero exposure about skills. There is no R&R for employees. Appraisal letter given to employees after August.

In my daily work routine at Gravita, I enjoy the excellent facilities provided by the company. The work environment is pleasant, and I appreciate the resources and amenities available to employees.

Dislikes

However, one aspect that I find challenging is the appraisal and salary benefits process. It often takes an extended period for the company to make decisions in this regard. It would be beneficial if the decision-making process regarding appraisals and salary benefits could be expedited. Overall, though, I have a positive experience working at Gravita due to the wonderful facilities and the opportunities it provides.

...day slavery environment. Few get growth, promotion, Incentive,Hike every year...Few are waiting for these from many years but got salary cuts on the ne of COVID. Management not checking actual things to be done rather doing salary cuts to Lavishly Spending on themselves consequently low income employees either being fired or salary cuts.
