The only good thing about Gratitude India is that they offer a good salary so your next role can start from that. There is nothing else which is good about the company.

... Not only me but my entire team leaving just 2 people to train the new hires. Why hire people when you have no money to pay them? The owners are very dumb and have no sense of how to run a company, they will speak very rudely when questioned and not answer calls. They will also call parents because the "employees are not listening" If you ever apply to this company, it is better to stay at home rather than being in this madhouse with horrible, dumb and stupid management who do not know how to do their jobs.

No professionalism, Salaries are not paid on time, if your unable to achieve targets even your basic salary will be on hold. They ask new joinees to write fake good reviews on internet, 99% of good reviews that you see are Fake. They won't provide you with proper relieving papers if you don't achieve your targets. DO NOT JOIN THIS CONSULTANCY.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
